Coleopterological notes

The data on new, rare and local species of ground beetles of the fauna of Ukrainian Polissya are given. Three species (Carabus menetriesi Hummel, Miscodera arctica Paykull, Trechus rivularis Gyllenhal) are found in Ukrainian Polessye on the southern border of the range, one species (Chlaenius spoliatus Rossi) on the northern border of the range, and two species (Agonum hypocrita Apfelbeck, Pterostichus rhaeticus Heer) belong to a taxonomically complex groups of related species, whereas the rest are probably widespread, but rare and local.
