D4.1 Implementation of R17 Non ICT Innovative Social Actions

This Deliverable includes the complete Social Action Program developed at each Pilot and defined in the questionnaires about social actions fulfilled during the months M3-M10, taking into account that there is a continuous follow up and updating of the actions. First updating was been done in M24 to introduce the new developments in the environmental Educational Program in each pilot. New update has been done in M30 integrating D4.2 with the forecast of the ICT tools based solutions use.
