Description
Professor Carlos Henrique de Brito Cruz is the Science Director for the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). In this Interview he answers questions regarding SciELO, the biggest Open Access database in Latin America which started in 1997 and was partly funded by the FAPESP.
