Description

This repository contains Jupyter notebooks encoding parts of the data analysis that was done for the article (Staehlke et al. 2018). The idea of this notebooks is to illustrate how Jupyter notebooks can be employed to make data analyses reproducible and interactive.

This version is the initial release of these Biomedical Jupyter Examples providing the following programming languages:
