FINANȚAREA ȘTIINȚEI ÎN URMĂTOAREA PERIOADĂ – CALE DE LICHIDARE A CERCETĂRII ORGANIZATE ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA?

The article analyzes the financial aspects of the National Program in the fields of research and innovation for the years 2020–2023, in relation to the international experience and the previous period of financing the science in the Republic of Moldova. The study highlights the possible disastrous consequences of the implementation of the provisions regarding the volume, the allocation mode and the specific distribution of public finances for research and innovation in the next 4 years. The authors come up with a series of proposals to avoid the risks of reducing the scientific capacities of the Republic of Moldova.
