&lt;p&gt;Release Notes: v1.0.0 of openEyeTrack is a multithreaded open eye tracker which is capable of grabbing frames from a high speed Teledyne DALSA Genie Nano camera and can use openCV blob detection methods on the frame to identify the pupil and provide an estimate of eye position and pupil area.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We use OpenCV4 and Qt5 for this release. The GUI contains both Qt5 elements and cvui elements.&lt;/p&gt;
