Description

structurePlotter is a web app for customized plotting of output from genetic clustering and population assignment software such as STRUCTURE, faststructure, admixture, BAPS, etc. In typical use, the software first extracts useful data from STRUCTURE's human-readable output format, then matches colors to populations by identifying the algorithm-defined cluster that forms the majority of each user-defined population, and finally plots the results using base R's "barplot()" function.

The site is currently hosted at https://cjbattey.shinyapps.io/structurePlotter/.

structurePlotter was written by CJ Battey, a PhD candidate in Biology at the University of Washington.
