ПЕДАГОГІЧНІ УМОВИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ МОБІЛЬНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ КОМУНАЛЬНОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА

In the article it is presented pedagogical conditions of professional mobility of future municipal services specialists; actualization of modern model of future profession in education process in higher education establishments; activation of communication links students in tutoring activities; creating situations where students have to choose the way of  professional realization and have  the responsibility for this choice. It is proved social and educational reasons to find these conditions: directing the activity of students to find information about professional development options, innovative trends in it; helping students to use their  personal contacts for professional communication in education process in higher education establishments; tolerant attitude to the choice of students to combine study and work. It is paid attention to economic and social issues related to activity of utilities: tariff policy inadequacy, poor quality of public services for the population, shortage and inefficient budget allocation of financial resources, lack of an effective mechanism to attract extra-budgetary funds.
