D2.2 Capabilities Report

This report details Task 2.3 activities related to providing capabilities to increase the
number of people who are able to effectively engage with Commonfare.net. This includes 1) a
number of workshops and events organised by pilot partners, primarily in the pilot countries (but
also beyond), which demonstrate how to effectively make use of the different functionality of
commonfare.net, as well as 2) the development of a series of tutorials and scenarios that provide
instruction on the use of Commonfare.net. For each type of activity, we present the underlying
rationale, a list of instances (of workshops, events, tutorials and scenarios), and for each instance,
some detail about its role and contribution to providing capabilities.
