Software for: Bayesian Stacked Parametric Survival with Frailty Components and Interval Censored Failure Times

This is the R software package that is described in the manuscript "Bayesian Stacked Parametric Survival with Frailty Components and Interval Censored Failure Times" available at: https://arxiv.org/abs/1908.11334.  As described in the manuscript, the software can be used to estimate EDx values for food challenge studies where the data come from multiple centers.  The .zip file is a Windows package compiled for R version 3.6.1. The .tar.gz file is the R package that can be compiled for any R version.
