    <description descriptionType="Abstract">&lt;p&gt;The key objective of WP4 is to provide policy making with an evidence-driven approach in the decision-making process. Following this objective, deliverable D4.2 aims to: a) describe the main tools that are used to measure the economic impact of the CUTLER pilot cases in each city, b) measure the economic impact in tailored made scenarios for each pilot city according to the scopes described in deliverable D9.1, c) designate the visualization widgets developed for each city to provide information on the economic analysis in a user-friendly environment and d) deliver policy implications based on the quantitative economic results.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The heart of the economic approach lies with an integrated model that combines the typically used in regional economic studies Input-Output table assessment (for more details see Leontief, 1936) with an econometric framework inspired by theoretical developments in the field. In doing so, the integrated Econometric &amp;ndash; Input Output (EC-IO) approach developed can measure the economic impact of the policy interventions of pilot cities. The results of the analysis are presented in dashboards in a user-friendly way that eradicates the need that the user has expert knowledge in the field and in the same way provides the necessary information to support the decision-making process.&lt;br&gt;
