`qtl2pleio`: Testing pleiotropy vs. separate QTL in multiparental populations

We now offer helper functions for testing pleiotropy and processing results of d-variate QTL scans (for $d \ge 2$). A new vignette serves as a guide to the functions. This extends the prior code that enabled bivariate analyses.
