  "abstract": "<p>The overall aims of the WP11 ELIXIR-EXCELERATE Training Programme were to: (i) build a sustainable training infrastructure for the ELIXIR&rsquo;s community, encompassing both technical infrastructure and training expertise, and (ii) deliver training to the ELIXIR Community .</p>\n\n<p>The ELIXIR training infrastructure that was built consists of: (i) training evaluation methods and metrics, together with the Training Metrics Database, (ii) the ELIXIR Training Portal TeSS, (iii) an eLearning Platform and (iv) the Virtual Coffee Room. In addition, a crucial component of the training infrastructure is formed by the people involved in training, and more specifically, the ELIXIR Training Coordinators, a group of training representatives of each of the ELIXIR Nodes, that leads the implementation of the ELIXIR training strategy across Europe.</p>",
