{ "description": "<p>The quality of products is a key factor for success in manufacturing industry along with the reduction of material waste, re-works, rejects and stocks, leading to a demand for the development of zero-defect manufacturing (ZDM) strategies at system level. Under the umbrella of the 4ZDM cluster, several European research projects, aligned with the Industry 4.0 principles, are making efforts for the integration and convergence of technologies for measurement and quality control, for data collection, storage and analysis, at single process and at factory level, aiming to guarantee high quality of products without interfering, actually improving, the production efficiency of the entire system.</p>", "license": "https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode", "creator": [ { "affiliation": "PROFACTOR GmbH, Austria", "@type": "Person", "name": "Christian Eitzinger" }, { "affiliation": "Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico de Braganca, Portugal", "@type": "Person", "name": "Paulo Leitao" }, { "affiliation": "ITAINNOVA, Spain", "@type": "Person", "name": "Salvador Izquierdo Estallo" } ], "headline": "Innovative Technologies and Methods for Zero Defect Manufacturing on Industrial Cyber-Physical Systems Context", "image": "https://zenodo.org/static/img/logos/zenodo-gradient-round.svg", "datePublished": "2019-07-29", "url": "https://zenodo.org/record/3354144", "keywords": [ "ZDM", "material waste reduction" ], "@context": "https://schema.org/", "identifier": "https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3354144", "@id": "https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3354144", "@type": "ScholarlyArticle", "name": "Innovative Technologies and Methods for Zero Defect Manufacturing on Industrial Cyber-Physical Systems Context" }
