Updates Scanning Diffraction

• Added 1D Scan capability when the step size is 0 in the X or Y direction
• More robust file type checking for when heat maps are saved as .svg or .png
• Added axis scaling in Scanning Diffraction heat maps
• Made cosmetic changes to the Scanning Diffraction heat map UI including changing the default font size and aspect ratio
• Minor change to lmfit calls so NaNs encountered in fitting do not trigger an exception
• Added options to use arrows or ellipses for the Scanning Diffraction orientation display in folder mode
• Added scaling options to rescale the heat map orientation indicators

• New center finding functionality to Projection Traces to remove the Quadrant Folding dependency
• Rotation angle and center can be manually specified in Projection Traces, similarly to in EquatorImage
• 'No Background' option added to Projection Traces

• Changed the eq fitting tab layout to allow for a larger peaks plot

• Added new recorded test Pickle files that are compatible with Python 2 and 3
• Added Cython, opencv-python, and pyFAI to the setup.py requirements
• Adding a testing module that can be run from the launcher for validating the MuscleX installation
