Information and communication technologies have modified the way content is consumed. They have been incorporated into daily life in all its dimensions. Since its installation, a mutation in the forms of generation, communication and consumption has occurred over the years. In this context, there is a need to analyze what happens in the educational field, where curricular contents circulate within a flow of information amplified and enhanced by technologies. The present work analyzes the implementation of Edmodo as a platform for the development of educational communities in the university environment.
