Description

This archive includes generation files and a homology model of a sodium:neurotransmitter symporter family protein from Turicibacter sanguinis strain MOL361T with bound sodium built using human SERT bound to paroxetine, sodium and chloride using Modeller and AlignMe-PST v1.1

The template coordinates were extracted from PDBID 5I6X. The final model TuriMOL361Tnss_on_5i6x.pdb was selected from an ensemble generated by Modeller 9.5 with the input files in the Modeller-files/ subfolder and minimized with NAMD 2.9 using the input files in the minimization/ subfolder. The model was deposited in the Protein Model database with accession number PM0082223.
