An M/M/1/N Encouraged Arrivals Queuing Model with Reverse Reneging

Understanding the customer behavior by analyzing the system theoretically in advance, stochastic queuing model can be developed. In this paper a single server finite capacity Markovian queuing model by integrating two contemporary issues of encouraged arrivals and reverse reneging prevailing in current scenario is developed. The model is then solved iteratively in steady state and various probabilistic and performance measures of the system are derived.
