PyGAMer: PyGAMer can be found on PyPi and pip installed: https://pypi.org/project/pygamer/

BlendGAMer: The below BlendGAMer prebuilt binaries are addons built for Blender 2.79b 64 bit. Note that they will conflict with previous releases of the addon. You must go in to the Blender plugins install folder to delete prior plugin versions before installing.
