Monitoring system report

This report includes a general report produced at the end of the project as well as three individual reports produced after the organization of every CoP event in all pilot cases. It describes the methodology applied in the Mobilization and Mutual Learning Plan and summarizes the objectives, activities carried out, main outputs and lessons learnt of the CoPs through the design and implementation of a specific monitoring system.
