The analysis scripts build on the OpenSource python package pathpy, which is available at https://github.com/IngoScholtes/pathpy. The results have been obtained using version 1.0.beta.1, which can be installed via

pip install https://github.com/IngoScholtes/pathpy/archive/v1.0-beta.1.zip
