This is the set of notebooks and scripts that were used to create all analyses and figures for the manuscript entitled "Epigenetic aging signatures in mice livers are slowed by dwarfism, calorie restriction and rapamycin treatment". Much of the analyses required access to parallel computing framework, where the outputs of these various computations are further analyzed.
