    "description": "<p>The article should be understood as an impulse for a workshop at the GMW Annual Meeting 2018. In particular, he analyzes the development of Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) and Technology Enhanced Teaching (TET) in academic education with the aim of taking stock of current requirements and educational opportunities. The aim of the authors is the attempt to derive perspective scenarios for a largely digitized teaching, learning and testing in the study, teaching and further education of universities in Germany. Against the background of society as a whole advancing digitization as well as the high innovation dynamics of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and the associated transformation and transformation processes, it can be assumed that the TEL and TET scenarios. The next step is to specify the prerequisites for and also the readiness of the university regarding the infrastructure and competence of the teachers, but also regarding organization and legal matters. This makes it compatible with current discussions such as the European Digital Competence Framework for Educators (DigCompEdu, see https://ec.europa.eu/jrc/en/digcompedu) and Artificial Intelligence in Europe (https://ec.europa.eu/digital-singlemarket/en/news/communication-artificial-intelligence-europe), which have been published in recent months.</p>",

    "notes": "Der Beitrag ist als Impuls f\u00fcr einen Workshop auf der GMW Jahrestagung 2018 zu verstehen. Insbesondere analysiert dieser die Entwicklung des Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) und Technology Enhanced Teaching (TET) in der akademischen Bildung mit dem Ziel einer Bestandsaufnahme aktueller Anforderungen und bildungstechnologischer M\u00f6glichkeiten. Ziel der Autoren ist der Versuch, daraus folgend perspektivische Szenarien f\u00fcr ein weitgehend digitalisiertes Lehren, Lernen und Pr\u00fcfen in Studium, Lehre und Weiterbildung der Hochschulen in Deutschland abzuleiten. Vor dem Hintergrund der gesamtgesellschaftlich voranschreitenden Digitalisierung ebenso wie der hohen Innovationsdynamik von Technologien der K\u00fcnstlichen Intelligenz (KI) und den damit einhergehenden Ver\u00e4nderungs- und Transformationsprozessen ist anzunehmen, dass mit den o.g. TEL- und TET-Szenarien zentrale Entwicklungen angesprochen werden. Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt k\u00f6nnen \u00dcberlegungen zu den Voraussetzungen an und auch der Readiness der Hochschule, betreffend Infrastruktur und Kompetenz der Lehrkr\u00e4fte, aber auch betreffend Organisation und rechtliche Belange, spezifiziert werden. Damit wird eine Anschlussf\u00e4higkeit zu aktuellen Diskussionen wie dem europ\u00e4ischen Digital Competence Framework for Educators (DigCompEdu, vgl. https://ec.europa.eu/jrc/en/digcompedu)sowie Artificial Intelligence in Europe (https://ec.europa.eu/digital-singlemarket/en/news/communication-artificial-intelligence-europe) hergestellt, die in den letzten Monaten publiziert wurden.",
