Description
Release specifically for the Multifield.py script, useful for analyzing fluorescence change over time in response in timelapse images. Normalizes response to a user-defined baseline and then exports the results as a CSV for easy downstream manipulation. Current use requires manual setting of baseline frames and (line 42 in attached file) and number of baseline frames (line 52).
