BioExcel Deliverable 6.2 – Quality Assurance and Risk Management Plan

This document builds on BioExcel Deliverable 6.1 – Management plan (where we presented the operational structure of the project) and discusses the overall quality monitoring process for the project. Particular attention is given to the review process of deliverables and annual reports as well as milestone completion. Success criteria and KPIs are described and their status will be followed-up in the management reports. An additional section covers the overall contingency strategy where potential risks are identified for monitoring and regular assessment in the yearly management reports.
