Simulating Lightning NOX Production in CMAQv5.2: Performance Evauations

Data sets behind the tables and figures in the manuscript: Tables 1&2 and Figures 2-5 were created using data from the modelcase (Base, mNLDN, hNLDN, pNLDN)...csv files, which contain the model-observation paired data (ppb) at all AQS sites. There are 3 modelcase...csv files for each model case: hourly, daily mean, and daily maximum 8-hr O3. The later two files can be created from the hourly data. Figure 6 was generated using data  in EDGEWOOD_GMD_Figure6.csv and BELSTVILLE_GMD_Figure6.csv. Figures 7-11 were created with the discoveraq and modelcase...gz files. The data behind Figure 12 is contained in the Figure12_data.Rdata file.
