One of the main ones is sufficient physical activity, which positively affects many health-related parameters: it reduces the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, and promotes the individual&amp;#39;s mental abilities. Despite the proven positive effects of physical activity, physical inactivity is a global problem of modern society. The text presents various ways for promoting physical activity at the workplace.&lt;/pre&gt;</description>
