The R-shiny toolbox calibrates soil moisture sensors using volumetric water content (VWC) measured in-situ by soil moisture sensors and retrieved from soil samples (field campaigns plus laboratory work). It includes an interactive shiny app for data upload and subset, estimation of linear models (OLS and robust MM-type estimator), visualisation of data and model estimate as well as model diagnostics, in order to be able to identify leverage and outlier points.
