  <dc:description>The data provided here is part of the Galaxy Training Network tutorial that analyses single-cell RNA-seq data (scRNA) using cell barcodes and data from Freiburg MPI Grün Lab. This dataset (GEO Accession: GSM2668223) consists of paired-end data from the bone marrow of a 5-week old male C57 mouse, with a downsampled subset to facilitate ease-of-processing during live demonstration.

The Plate/Batch datasets were generated from scripts.</dc:description>
