Description
This is the 1.13.3 release of PyCBC.
This release contains bug fixes to LOSC segment querying and event list handling. The PyCBC rates and populations code is also updated.
This release has been tested against LALSuite with the hash:
89a30fcf86f5d23455303e32051a87b0e3c3084a

A Docker container for this release is available from the pycbc/pycbc-el7 repository on Docker Hub and can be downloaded using the command:
docker pull pycbc/pycbc-el7:v1.13.3
On a machine with CVMFS installed, a pre-built virtual environment is available for Red Hat 7 compatible operating systems by running the command:
source /cvmfs/oasis.opensciencegrid.org/ligo/sw/pycbc/x86_64_rhel_7/virtualenv/pycbc-v1.13.3/bin/activate
and for Debian 8 compatible operating systems by running the command:
source /cvmfs/oasis.opensciencegrid.org/ligo/sw/pycbc/x86_64_deb_8/virtualenv/pycbc-v1.13.3/bin/activate
A singularity container is available at /cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org/pycbc/pycbc-el7:v1.13.3
which can be started with the command:
singularity shell --home ${HOME}:/srv --pwd /srv --bind /cvmfs --contain --ipc --pid /cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org/pycbc/pycbc-el7\:v1.13.3
