Here follows a quick description of all the files in this directory:
The main parameter file “parameters.par“ calls yaml files to initialize spatially dependant parameters. 
In particular, “NZ_material.yaml“ (which itself calls “NZ_initial_stress.yaml“) defines the elastic parameters and the initial stress state used by the viscoplasticity routines. 
In addition, “NZ_fault.yaml“ (which itself calls “NZ_nucleation_stress.yaml“ and “NZ_initial_stress.yaml“) defines the dynamic-rupture related parameters. 
We here provide 2 meshes, with and without the faults that did not ruptured during the earthquake (Hope, Culverden and Leonard Mound faults). 
The latter mesh is provided to facilitate visualization within such dense fault network. 
“NZ_asagi.nc” is a netcdf file containing the 3D velocity model, derived from Eberhart-Phillips et al. (2010). 
Our model is generated by projecting Eberhart-Phillips et al. (2010)’s model on a structured grid of 4x4x2.5 km resolution. 
The remaining files (*.dat) describe the fault and off-fault receivers.
