  <dc:description>This report provides guidelines on how to plan and deploy smart management systems for DCP based on MPC (Model Predictive Control) techniques, so as to improve the plant’s energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. These guidelines have been developed considering existing DCP sites for which a refurbishment in terms of control management is planned.</dc:description>
