    <description descriptionType="Abstract">&lt;p&gt;FEniCS code for simulation of transient diffusive and convective transport in the brain interstitium under 1) conditions of real-time iontophoresis (RTI) experiments used for probing and characterizing the brain interstitium, and 2) clearance of beta amyloid from an initial concentration (such as an interstitial injection).&amp;nbsp; Code allows variation of void volume, tortuosity, convective flow velocity (through pressure boundary conditions and hydraulic conductivity), geometries/dimensions, diffusivity of perivascular wall, through changes in parameters at beginning of code.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
