Description
This is the Beta-release for these scripts to the public. Two members of our lab have tested the script with the Practice data set and found it to be effective. These scripts are currently being used for data analysis in a Phytophthora sojae pathotype survey in Michigan.
Improvements will be made to these scripts over time to make the code as clear as possible for new users, as well as debugging any issues that other users may have.
