C-grid interpolation schemes implemented into Parcels v2.0

Description

This simple code implements the interpolation schemes for curvilinear C-grids,
as they are coded into Parcels v2.0.0-beta (https://github.com/OceanParcels/parcels).
The schemes are fully described in
"The Parcels v2.0 Lagrangian framework: new field interpolation schemes", by Philippe Delandmeter and Erik van Sebille, submitted to Geoscientific Model Development.
