Released 13 Dec 2018&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Contains the following updates:&lt;br&gt;
(1) Bug fix for tagged CO: don&amp;#39;t multiply emissions timestep by 60&lt;br&gt;
(2) Bug fix for planeflight diagnostic: skip observations that lie outside the nested domain&lt;br&gt;
(3) Always compile with BPCH_TPBC=y to enable the bpch code for nested boundary conditions&lt;br&gt;
(4) Do not create the hemco_standalone.x executable when compiling in HPC environments&lt;br&gt;
(5) Bug fix: Add missing dependency for flexgrid_read_mod in the GeosCore/Makefile&lt;br&gt;
(6) Add GCHP transport fix to prevent instant propagation from troposphere to stratosphere&lt;/p&gt;
