How to Start RDM-Services for Economists?

Vlaeminck, Sven

ZBW- Leibniz Information Centre for Economics is the world's largest specialist library for Economics. We made our first steps into RDM-services with a project called European Data Watch Extended (EDaWaX). One of its main purposes was to develop a data archive for scholarly journals in economics and management. For us, the project has been a very fertile ground to gain experiences in a RDM-field, which is comparably close to library’s traditional role. The talk outlines our approach and the lessons we learned from this initial RDM-project.
