The PyCBC rates and populations code is also updated.</p>\n<p>This release has been tested against LALSuite with the hash:</p>\n<p><a href=\"https://git.ligo.org/lscsoft/lalsuite/commit/89a30fcf86f5d23455303e32051a87b0e3c3084a\">89a30fcf86f5d23455303e32051a87b0e3c3084a</a></p>\n<p>Details of the changes since the 1.13.2 release are at <a href=\"https://github.com/ligo-cbc/pycbc/compare/v1.13.1...v1.13.2\">https://github.com/ligo-cbc/pycbc/compare/v1.13.1...v1.13.2</a></p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https://www.docker.com/community-edition\">Docker</a> container for this release is available from the <a href=\"https://hub.docker.com/r/pycbc/pycbc-el7/\">pycbc/pycbc-el7</a> repository on Docker Hub and can be downloaded using the command:</p>\n<pre><code>docker pull pycbc/pycbc-el7:v1.13.2\n</code></pre>\n<p>On a machine with <a href=\"https://twiki.grid.iu.edu/bin/view/Documentation/Release3/InstallCvmfs\">CVMFS installed</a>, a pre-built virtual environment is available for Red Hat 7 compatible operating systems by running the command:</p>\n<pre><code class=\"lang-sh\">source /cvmfs/oasis.opensciencegrid.org/ligo/sw/pycbc/x86_64_rhel_7/virtualenv/pycbc-v1.13.2/bin/activate\n</code></pre>\n<p>and for Debian 8 compatible operating systems by running the command:</p>\n<pre><code class=\"lang-sh\">source /cvmfs/oasis.opensciencegrid.org/ligo/sw/pycbc/x86_64_deb_8/virtualenv/pycbc-v1.13.2/bin/activate\n</code></pre>\n<p>A singularity container is available at <code>/cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org/pycbc/pycbc-el7:v1.13.2</code> which can be started with the command:</p>\n<pre><code class=\"lang-sh\">singularity shell --home  ${HOME}:/srv --pwd /srv --bind /cvmfs --contain --ipc --pid /cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org/pycbc/pycbc-el7\\:v1.13.2\n</code></pre>\n<p>A bundled <code>pycbc_inspiral</code> executable for use on the Open Science Grid is available at</p>\n<pre><code>/cvmfs/oasis.opensciencegrid.org/ligo/sw/pycbc/x86_64_rhel_6/bundle/v1.13.2/pycbc_inspiral\n</code></pre>",
