The ISBE Business Case was first published in November 2014, following approval by the Steering Committee, funders and the Scientific Advisory Board. The Business Case sets out how ISBE will provide a robust infrastructure that addresses European and national research needs for the life sciences. It outlines the rationale for ISBE and how it can be achieved, as the project engages more widely in developing its strategy.
