<p>This is the 1.13.1 release of pycbc PyCBC.</p>
<p>The significant changes in this release are:</p>
<ul>
<li>This release contains <a href="https://github.com/gwastro/pycbc/pull/2418">fixes to the minifollowup workflow</a> to allow workflows to be run in <a href="https://github.com/gwastro/pycbc/wiki/Introduction-to-PyCBC-Singularity-Images">Singularity Containers</a> on <a href="https://osgconnect.net/">OSGConnect.</a></li>
</ul>
<p>This release has been tested against LALSuite with the hash:</p>
