<p><strong>Objetivo:</strong> Indicar la satisfacción y percepciones vividas por un grupo de profesionales y residentes de enfermería tras la participación docente en el programa formativo de prevención de lesiones relacionadas con la dependencia, dirigido a cuidadores de pacientes inmovilizados del Área Sanitaria de Ferrol. <strong>Método:</strong> Estudio cualitativo exploratorio mediante técnica de grupo focal. Se llevó a cabo una sesión de grupo focal entre tres profe-sionales de enfermería y siete enfermeros/as interno residentes de la especialidad de enfermería de familia y comunitaria (EFyC), que participaron como docentes en una actividad formativa para empoderar en cuidados de la piel a cuidadores de pacientes inmovilizados de régimen domiciliario. Se registró los contenidos de la sesión por escrito y se procedió a la transcripción literal del discurso a través de un análisis de contenido con orientación descriptiva. <strong>Resultados: </strong>Los principales resultados se refieren a un aumento en la satisfacción de los profesionales de enfermería y los EIR FyC en las áreas exploradas, junto con la con-sideración de que este tipo de formación (cuidados de la piel, prevención de lesiones) es muy útil e importante tanto para pacientes y cuidadores como para los docentes. Aparecieron conceptos como el aprendizaje bidireccional, el cambio de rol de docente a facilitador, la aplicabilidad en contextos externos a los sanitarios (domicilio, escuelas, centros sociosanitarios…), la motivación intrínseca y una elevada percepción de aprendizaje y aprovechamiento. También se identificaron áreas de mejora, como la necesidad de intensificar la formación de los cuidadores en otras áreas y materias, así como incluir a otras especialidades de residentes y facultativos en dicha experiencia formativa. <strong>Conclusiones: </strong>La buena percepción subjetiva de la experiencia vivida y la satisfacción con la formación docente realizada<strong>, </strong>predispone a continuar mejorando el programa formativo actual y colaborar en nuevas actividades de aprendizaje que empoderen a cuidadores y pacientes en la prevención de lesiones relacionadas con la dependencia. </p>
<p><strong>TEACHING SKIN CARE TO CAREGIVERS OF IMMOBILIZED PATIENTS. A QUALITATIVE STUDY AMONG NURSING RESIDENTS AND PROFESSIONALS</strong></p>
<p><strong>Objective:</strong> To indicate the satisfaction and perceptions experienced by a group of nursing professionals and residents in the face of teacher participation in the training program for the prevention of injuries related to dependence, aimed at caregivers of immobilized patients in the Sanitary Area of Ferrol. <strong>Method:</strong> Qualitative exploratory study using a focal group technique. A focus group session was held between three nursing professionals and seven resident internal nurses of the family and community specialty (RIN F&C), who participated as teachers in a training activity to empower them in care the skin to caregivers of immobilized patients with home care. The contents of the session were recorded in writing and the literal transcription of the discourse was carried out through a content analysis with a descriptive orientation. <strong>Results:</strong> The main results refer to an increase in the satisfaction of the nursing professionals and the RIN F&C in the areas explored, together with the consideration that this type of training (skin care, injury prevention) is very useful and important for patients and caregivers as well as for teachers. Concepts such as bidirectional learning, the change of role from teacher to facilitator, the applicability in external contexts to health services (home, schools, social health centers...), intrinsic motivation and a high perception of learning and exploitation. Areas of improvement were also identified, such as the need to intensify the training of caregivers in other areas and subjects, as well as to include other specialties of residents and physicians in said training experience. <strong>Conclusions:</strong> The good subjective perception of the lived experience and the satisfaction with the teacher training, predisposes to continue improving the current training program and collaborate in new learning activities that empower caregivers and patients in the prevention of injuries related to dependence.</p>
