Advice on the suitability of alternatives for pasteurisation to safeguard microbial food safety of milk

Description

The Ministry of Public Health, Welfare and Sport of The Netherlands asked the Office of Risk Assessment (BuRO) of the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority whether it is safe to utilize pascalisation, one of these alternative procedures, to prepare drinking milk from raw milk.
