Simulated Human gut metagenomic samples to benchmark mOTUs v2

We simulated ten human gut metagenomic samples to assess the taxonomic quantification accuracy of the mOTUs tool (link). In this directory you can find the metagenomic samples, the gold standard (used to produce them) and the profiles obtained with four metagenomic profiler tools.
