<dc:description>At the moment, there is a problem of studying the detailed relationship of social phenomena and their attachment to the territory. The simple means of conducting such research is getting harder due to the large amount of data that needs to be processed. It is suggested to use the methodology of space-time cube construction as one of the types of data mining with spatial-temporal distribution. The use of this method on the example of information analysis from subscribers of one of the major mobile operator networks allows to carry out statistical analysis and to detect statistically significant spatio-temporal clusters in the data that can be used during data structuring in order to provide safety and react quickly to hazardous situations.</dc:description>
