The VirusExplorer DEM Image Catalogue
Description
The VirusExplorer DEM Image Catalogue is an image collection which was extracted from the VirusExplorer DEM database (version 20161222; https://zenodo.org/record/221574) in form of a searchable PDF file. It shows electron microscopical images from viruses related to human infectious diseases. Samples were prepared using the negative staining technique (https://zenodo.org/record/1468676). Images were sorted according to their virus group name followed by virus name.
