Vergleichende Analyse moderner Bildsensoren für die optische Messtechnik

This paper reviews modern imaging sensors for optical metrology. It is pointed out that the relation between the signal/noise ratio and the irradiation and the statistical description of the spatial inhomogeneities are the most important quality parameters. CCD and CMOS sensors are compared.
