DataCrate Submisssion to the Workshop on Research Objects

Description

This is a somewhat experimental approach to submitting an extended abstract to a conference. The submission describes the DataCrate standard and the source-files, HTML and PDF versions of the submission are included in a DataCrate package. 

I had to upload a version 2 because of an error putting the reserved DOI in version 1.
