A Rank Neutrosophic Technique for Effective Decision Making Problems

Only a part of uncertain problems can be solved with present theories of dealing with imprecise information and knowledge existing in the real world. A neutrosophic ranking approach algorithm based on correlation coefficients and weighted correlation coefficient is introduced in this paper which can effectively deal with decision making problems in regard of uncertain and incomplete information which exist commonly in real world situation.
