A Novel Methodology Developing an Integrated ANP: A Neutrosophic Model for Supplier Selection

In this research, the main objectives are to study the Analytic Network Process (ANP) technique in neutrosophic environment, to develop a new method for formulating the problem of Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) in network structure, and to present a way of checking and calculating consistency consensus degree of decision makers.
