Description

This is a re-release of the twelfth post-O2 release of PyCBC for analysis of data taken during Advanced LIGO's second observing run and Advanced Virgo's first observing run. This is the same PyCBC code as in release 12 (v1.11.1), but has a more recent lalsuite version to solve some issues with SEOB waveform generation. (Note that v1.11.2 and v1.11.3 failed to build for different reasons, as did v1.11.5 through v1.11.7, and v1.11.9 through v1.11.12). Additionally, a bug-fix affecting multi-core jobs that read from HDF files has been applied (as in v1.11.8) and also a bugfix for cases when an injection is longer than the filtering window. This release also includes a fix to workflow generation to not check for redirects when a downloaded file is a binary file. Finally, changes to the Travis test infrastructure to drop the need for LSC authentication have also been added, as well as a change to use a specific version of the config files during the workflow Travis test.
